Mount Dora Community Trust has approved a $25,000 grant for EAF’s Human Trafficking Survivor Support initiative in Mount Dora and the tri-city area of Lake County.
Help support EAF’s survivor-service work in Lake and Orange counties while protecting each person’s privacy and dignity. Gifts through this appeal go to EAF’s General fund.
Representative Randy Fine requested $350,000 in FY2027 Community Project Funding for EAF’s proposed Lake County survivor-support initiative. The request describes crisis response, case management and long-term stabilization; it is not proof of an award.
The second annual Lake County Red Sand event is January 30, 2027, at 10 a.m. at Clermont’s Highlander Building in Waterfront Park. Save the date; speakers and further event details will follow once they are confirmed.
